Focus: The circle is focused on the development of relational skills. Learning is experiential and currently focuses on the core skills of listening and shared inquiry. We learn and practice the art of creating safe spaces – where trust, openness, and cohesion thrive – and experientially develop intra- and inter-personal skills.

Benefits: We learn how to create rich and creative exchanges and develop skills that are highly valuable in all relational environments. These skills are empowering, help develop a wider and clearer sense of self, create a sense of resilience, robustness, and open up new opportunities and pathways.

Future: We aim to extend the experiential learning along three lines: emotion regulation, inner relationships, and personal expression in a relational perspective.

New Members: New members would join as ordinary participants. Expanding your involvement into facilitation and curriculum development would be welcome, but is not essential.

Who Interested: This circle is for those who wish to participate in their relationships openly, creatively, authentically and robustly. It is for those who wish to develop the skills to empower others: NVC practitioners, therapists, coaches, and leaders of all kinds – especially servant leaders.

No Fee: There is no monetary fee for joining. The required contribution is commitment: a reasonably regular attendance and a humble interest in personal and relational development.

Communications: Because the circle is conducted in English and online, participants need confidence in English and a high-capacity internet access.
